Warranty policy
Last updated 25 August 2026
What is covered
Manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use, for the warranty period stated on your receipt or quotation. Typical periods are three years for graphics cards and motherboards, five years or more for solid-state drives and power supplies, and one year for peripherals. The period stated on your invoice takes precedence.
What is not covered
Physical damage, liquid damage, damage from power surges or unstable supply, damage from unauthorised repair, missing or altered serial numbers, normal wear on moving parts, and software problems that are not caused by a hardware fault.
How to claim
Submit a service request on this site, or bring the item to any branch. You will receive a reference number and can track progress at any time. Bring your receipt or quotation number if you have it — it speeds things up considerably.
Turnaround
In-house repairs typically take one to three days. Warranty replacements from local stock take three to seven days. Claims that must go to the distributor take two to four weeks, and are outside our direct control. We update you at each stage.
Custom builds
PCs we assembled carry the individual component warranties plus our own workmanship cover. If your build develops a fault, bring the whole unit in — do not disassemble it, as this makes diagnosis harder and can affect the component warranty.

We are not responsible for data loss. Back up anything important before submitting a storage device or a complete system for service.
