What we collect

When you request a quotation, build a PC, book a consultation or submit a service request, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, preferred branch, and the details of your enquiry. For service requests we also collect product serial numbers, purchase details and any photos you upload.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare your quotation, process your service request, and keep a record of what we sold you so we can honour the warranty. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who can see it

Only PC Configure staff who need it to do their job. Sales representatives see leads assigned to their branch. Technicians see service requests. Access is controlled by role and logged.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and quotation records are kept for two years. Purchase and warranty records are kept for the duration of the warranty plus three years, so we can support claims. You can ask us to delete your data sooner where we are not legally required to retain it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work, and analytics cookies to understand which pages help people and which do not. Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them.

Your rights

Under RA 10173 you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, object to how we use it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within fifteen days.
