Quotations are not binding offers

Every quotation this site produces is indicative. Prices and stock change without prior notice, and a quotation carries a validity period stated on the document itself. Nothing is reserved until a sales representative confirms your order.

Pricing accuracy

We update prices regularly and every price is shown with the date it was last checked. If a price is wrong on the site, we are not obliged to honour it — we will tell you the correct price before you commit to anything.

Stock availability

Availability is shown per branch and reflects our last known status, not a live inventory feed. Items marked order basis are not held in stock and lead times vary by supplier.

Compatibility checking

Our configurator checks parts against manufacturer specifications and blocks combinations we know will not work. It is a strong guide, not a guarantee. Our staff confirm compatibility before assembly.

Performance indications

Any performance description shown is an indicative tier based on typical results. We do not guarantee specific frame rates in specific titles.

Instalment estimates

Any monthly figure shown is an estimate only. Approval, interest and final terms are decided by the financing provider and completed in-branch. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions.

Warranty

Component warranties are provided by the manufacturer and administered through our service centre. See the warranty policy for coverage, exclusions and turnaround.
